Voting rights for tribals

Dear friends

Voting rights for tribals of mainly in areas of Maoist, this actually
suffering by Maoist wrong political and strategic line of struggle and
corrupted bourgeois politics of states. So, this is very difficult to apply
their voting rights in this region on this surface condition. Actually most
tribals of India's different states are very backward in whole spectrum of
country's political economical development. And, therefore their development
in whole it is necessary for them.
This most understandable for us that is undeveloped section of civil life of
our society in education or in other areas of social life will not able to
come to revolutionary struggle for great change. That is we are seeing
always. Therefore our first task is this.
